Understanding Credits
Credits are KitaBlitz's simple pay-as-you-go system. 1 credit equals 1 AI-generated email. Credits never expire, so you can use them whenever you are ready to apply. Follow-up emails also cost 1 credit each.
Free Credits for New Accounts
Every new account receives free credits upon registration. This lets you try the full KitaBlitz experience — generate emails, send applications, and track delivery — without spending anything.
Available Packages
Choose the package that fits your needs. Larger packages offer a better price per credit:
Starter Pack — 5 Credits
Perfect for trying out a few kindergartens in your neighborhood. Great for a focused search in one district.
Medium Pack — 15 Credits
Best value for covering multiple districts across Berlin. Ideal for most parents.
Large Pack — 30 Credits
Maximum coverage for a thorough Berlin-wide search. Best price per credit.

Making a Purchase
Buying credits is quick and secure through Stripe:
Choose a Package
Navigate to "Buy Credits" in the sidebar and browse the available packages.
Click "Buy Now"
Click the purchase button on your preferred package to be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout.
Complete Payment
Enter your payment details on Stripe. Credits are added to your account immediately after successful payment.
Purchase History
View all your past purchases in the Purchase History page accessible from the sidebar. Each entry shows the package, amount paid, credits received, and transaction status.

Refund Policy
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once credits have been used to generate emails, they are non-refundable. Contact support for refund requests.
