Credits & Pricing

1 credit = 1 AI-generated email. Each email is personalized for the specific kindergarten using your child's profile data. Credits are also used for follow-up emails (1 credit each) and AI-generated replies.
No, your credits never expire. You can purchase credits today and use them months later when you are ready to start applying.
Yes, unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been used to generate emails are non-refundable. Contact our support team to request a refund.
Every new account receives free credits upon registration. This allows you to test the platform fully before purchasing additional credits.

Email & Applications

All application emails are generated in German, regardless of your interface language setting. This is because kindergartens in Berlin communicate in German. The AI writes professional, natural-sounding German that is appropriate for formal applications.
Yes! After generating an email, you can review and edit it using the "View Draft" button. Make any changes you want before clicking "Send to Kita". The AI provides a great starting point that you can personalize further.
There is a rate limit of 5 emails per minute to ensure reliable delivery. If you send many applications at once, they will be queued and sent gradually. There is no daily limit — you can send as many as your credits allow.
A bounced email usually means the kindergarten's email address is invalid or their mailbox is full. Try contacting the kindergarten by phone to verify their email address, then update it in your application and resend.

Data Privacy

All personal data — including child names, birthdays, addresses, and parent information — is encrypted at rest in our database using Laravel's built-in encryption. Email content and AI summaries are also encrypted.
Only you can access your child's profile data when logged in. Kindergartens only receive the application email you approve. Our team does not have access to your encrypted personal data.
Yes. You can delete individual child profiles or applications at any time. Deleting a child profile also removes all associated applications and emails. For complete account deletion, contact our support team.

Follow-Up Emails

When you enable follow-ups for an application, the system automatically generates and sends follow-up emails every 30 days. Each email is drafted for your review before sending. You can approve, edit, or cancel each draft. The campaign runs for up to 6 emails over 6 months.
Yes, you can pause or cancel follow-ups at any time from the application page. Follow-ups also stop automatically when a kindergarten responds positively (interview invitation or acceptance).
Each follow-up email costs 1 credit, the same as an initial application email. If you run out of credits, follow-ups are paused automatically until you purchase more.

KitaBlitz works best with modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version of any of these browsers for the best experience.
Yes, KitaBlitz is fully responsive and works on mobile devices. The Kita Map, application management, and all other features are accessible from your phone or tablet.
Use the language toggle (DE/EN) in the navigation bar to switch between German and English. Your preference is saved to your account. Note that application emails are always generated in German regardless of the interface language.
